1. Introduction
By registering for the Dizishop Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with all the terms and conditions stated below. These terms govern your participation in the program and your relationship with Dizishop.
2. Eligibility
- Affiliate must be at least 18 years old
- Accurate and complete information must be provided during registration
- Dizishop reserves the right to approve or reject any application
3. Affiliate Link & Tracking
- Each affiliate will receive a unique referral link/code
- Orders tracked through cookies (validity: 30 days recommended)
- Commission will only be credited for successfully tracked and completed orders
4. Commission Structure
- Commission is applicable only on successful and delivered orders
- Cancelled, returned, or refunded orders will not be eligible
- Dizishop reserves the right to change commission rates at any time
5. Payment Terms
- Minimum payout threshold: ₹___ (recommended ₹100 or ₹500)
- Payments will be processed via UPI or Bank Transfer
- Payment cycle: Weekly / Bi-weekly / Monthly (as defined by Dizishop)
6. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from:
- Misleading customers or making false claims
- Using spam emails, bots, or automated traffic
- Running unauthorized paid ads using Dizishop brand name
- Posting offensive, illegal, or harmful content
7. Account Suspension & Termination
Dizishop reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate any affiliate account without prior notice
- Cancel commissions in case of suspicious or fraudulent activity
8. Modification of Terms
Dizishop may update or modify these terms at any time. Continued participation implies acceptance of updated terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
Dizishop will not be liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from participation in the affiliate program.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
